One of the most boring (and thankless tasks) is sorting out all the kids old toys. For the most part we’ve been pretty good at sticking to a lot of wood based toys, board games and Lego. However plastic always makes it into the pile. Still operation reduce is well underway

@kaa I felt this. Between toys and other child-rearing accoutrements, it takes real effort to maintain sanity in the home, and dedication to removal. If you've got any proclivities toward hoarding or collecting, this can be so challenging, even if you readily give up kids' stuff. I frequently find myself fighting the urge to keep things "just in case".

@bryan yeah I hear that. Thankfully I’m not the hoarder (I have no sentimental attachment to stuff, but that wasn’t always the case). My wife however tries to keep some things which is ok I guess (but my view is that it’ll we will get rid of it at some point).
