☕️ It took me a while, but I finally found my coffee beans purveyor of choice in Toronto, Pilot Coffee Roasters. Great quality. Solid selection. My only suggestion is increasing their Japanese tea selection (looking for some Hojicha).

@kaa There's a blast from the past. I haven't had Pilot's coffee for quite some time now, but I used to order frequently back in the day. I mostly get my coffee from our local café now, which sells fresh roasted beans, but I still order delivery from outside roasters to change things up. Maybe I'll have to give Pilot another try soon.

If you want some other suggestions from the region, I can highly recommend Social Tea & Coffee (Richmond Hill), Monigram (Cambridge), and Black Creek Coffee (Acton). All three are excellent, and have shipping available.

@pimoore AWESOME list. Will definitely be trying a few of these out - that is what is so great about coffee, but also seemingly coffee in Toronto is great as well :).

@kaa No doubt Toronto has other roasters I’ve never even heard of, or completely forgotten. Next time I’m there I should make a point of scouting some others and bring home a selection of beans. This is admittedly one of the advantages of big city living—no shortage of markets like coffee brewing.
