First proper week on my No S-diet. The hardest part for me has always been the evenings. Specifically seconds or snacking after dinner. This has now been replaced with a tea ritual and plenty of water. It’s also super important to have some simple go to meals ready to be heated or cooked.

@gdp same here! My advice is look for a beverage that needs to be prepared. Then guzzle water whenever you think about going for food :). You can do this!

@kaa I'm a big fan: sanest approach to eating non-crazily that I know. I think your advice about having something positive to do when the reflexive cravings start is really important.
