@manton just want to say I really enjoyed the Timetable episode with the storm in the background. I’m curious what you recorded with, if you wouldn’t mind sharing. 🐒

@justinhudgins Thanks! I recorded it on my iPhone with the Shure MV88 microphone. I sometimes use our app Wavelength for those, but this one I recorded in Ferrite and moved to Logic on my Mac just in case I needed more control over the editing.

@manton I saw that mic last time I was in the main Beijing Apple Store and am tempted to pick it up, but figure I should come up with a good idea first. You’re satisfied with the recording quality? And did you have to work the file in Logic or was Ferrite up to your standards?

@justinhudgins @manton I enjoyed it as well! ⛈ I use BrainWave, (with an additional thunderstorm/heavy rain track), sometimes to find better sleep. 😴

@odd @manton I’ve always found the sound of rain to be incredibly relaxing.
