@jthingelstad Something seems to have gone wrong with this photo… How did you post it? You may need to upload it again if it doesn’t show up.
@manton posted using micro.blog app. First time the image upload failed though and it didn’t appear in uploads. So I removed and added again and appeared to work. It shows with photo in the Posts section but in timeline it doesn’t have a photo. Something amiss?

@manton photo upload failures are one of the most frustrating user experience issues with micro.blog. Sharing not to complain but for priority. The more photos you are uploading the more anxious it is. I tend to intentionally only add one photo at a time and wait for it to complete before adding another. FWIW, Mimi always did this great.
@jthingelstad Thank you. Yes, I think the mobile app has problems when there is an upload failure or the internet connection is slow. Will improve this.
@manton fwiw today it happened for me with WiFi and fiber internet. Agree slow connection makes it more likely, but it isn’t the only case. It feels like there is something interrupting the connection. Makes me wonder if could be server side issue as well and issue is the longer duration the more likely to be interrupted. Just spitballing…
@jthingelstad I’ll try to figure it out. I’m investigating this latest photo and it doesn’t appear to have been saved. I think you will have to re-upload again and update your blog post. Very sorry for the flakiness.
