@Gaby that’s pretty brutal! Nice work. I’ve never been a big kettlebell person, but my fiancée once did kettlebell only classes for a couple of months and it was for sure the best shape she’s ever been in.
This morning I did lateral squats and reverse lunges with the kettlebell, push ups, hand supported rows (with the kettlebell), and then plank jacks + inch worms.
@jsonbecker awesome !! I hate lateral squats 😅, I rather do burpees. I love kettlebells , you can do pretty much anything and workout the entire body. I need to expand my set, get a set of two 30’s and a heavy one.
