@johnjohnston Selfie sticks are great for such purposes. We often use selfie sticks for taking non-selfies :)
@johnjohnston Lovely collection. I could have used your selfie-stick trick today, trying to photograph a skittish tiny anole in the cucumbers (although maybe it wouldn’t have helped, as even moving the camera towards him? seemed to cause fleeing).
@smokey I’m getting into the grove using the stick. It seems to work. Anole look cool. We only have two lizards in Scotland, don’t see them often.
