One thing I have noticed with my correspondence with Dutch people is that they only ever answer at most one question per email.. and that question is chosen at random and you only get a partial answer. 🤷‍♂️

On the plus side, you generally do get that partial reply within 24 hours.

@jeroen Is this something cultural or are you pulling my leg? My email style is always to ask for all the necessary information in one go, being careful to include all the relevant context. All this to minimize back and forth.

This seems to hit a “oh, this is long, and I won’t read it, so let’s pick the easiest to reply point” wall.. then I’m feeling bad for taking up my interlocutor’s time repeatedly..
