The”On This Day” feature seems to have stopped working for me as of December 23. Just me?

@macgenie Every page seems to have the date stuck at 12/23, actually. Though your Photos page does at least seem to be updating with the latest photos.

@macgenie Oh, sorry, I was unclear: The pages on your site. For instance, your about page, your essays page, your photos page, and your podcasts page, in addition to your on this day page, all say "Dec 23, 2019" under the page header.

@macgenie Maybe that's just because that’s the last time you edited each of those pages, but since you mentioned the On This Day feature pausing as of that date, seeing that date everywhere caught my eye.

@macgenie Honestly, at this point, I think a well-intentioned attempt to help has backfired spectacularly and caused more confusion than anything else. Going to slowly back away now so as not to alarm anyone any further. :)

@macgenie @djwudi We probably should hide the date on those pages. Most of the other themes don't show it. As for the "on this day"… The full posts list that it uses looks correct and it's working on other blogs. Hmm.

@djwudi You pointed out a detail I had never noticed! Thank you for that. The dates shouldn't even be there.

@help @macgenie I have noticed before that in certain themes th O nthis Day feature doesn't seem to work. Right now the one on top of my head is the Hello Theme for example.

@Miraz @gabz @pratik @djwudi It seems definitely connected to theme. I switched to Marfa and Arabica and it worked again. Lanyon doesn't work for it. Thanks for all the help! /@help
