I'm genuinely flabbergasted by the idea there are people who work at Twitter and do not join together to put an end to this.
@simonwoods Yes, but I remind you of the old Upton Sinclair quote:
It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.
So what flabbergasts me is what principles people are willing to compromise on, for the sake of a paycheck.
@rnv Even if people are doing things internally, pushing for change and whatnot, it's clear that we're still not in a position wherein people can both engage in this action and simultaneously notify the wider public. It would be something of a relief to see status updates, blog posts, videos, whatever covering internal processes key to making changes for the better... however, I'm not holding my breath.
