This was, in fact, a trick question. They are all stalactites, the ones at the bottom being a mirror image reflected in a perfectly still shallow pond.

Caves are fascinating.

@jean Indeed! When we saw it in person from a distance I told my kids it was a stalagmite forest. It took us (more than) a few seconds to realize it was a reflection.
