@adam@manton I’ll admit to having both those thoughts. I found it curious that the issue was raised this time by folks not using the platform, but I also think diminishing that external feedback is shortsighted.

@jarrod@adam I'd say it's pretty relevant given it's feedback from a former customer — and this kind of thing was for sure a contributing factor to moving on
