@keenan @jarrod In all honesty, I dropped my listening speed down like the same day I read your post and never turned it back on.

I also kinda stopped listening to most podcasts not too long after, so I think it kinda showed me that I didn't care about the content that much except to cram more and more into my ears. So that was a nice side effect to realize as well. 😅
