I’m working on a dev version of Tiny Theme. Here’s what I know:

Unstyled
Support for native micro.blog features
No built-in plugin support (add this manually)
No scripts
No media queries
No settings

Created for those who want to create a custom theme without having to do all of the heavy lifting.
