Definitely not perfect, and I usually find myself tweaking the text it spits out, but iI've found it helps get you somewhere decent.

@jarrod @matt - That’s awesome! Maybe @vincent or @manton (the wizards they are) can build it into the back end that runs its magic when a photo is posted. It would allow the user to review the text and edit if needed, but then post directly after. That would help to remove some of the friction with adding Alt Text.
