@manton Speaking of Markdown flavors, does Micro.blog support any?

@pyrmont Just regular Markdown right now. What kind of features would you like to see from some of the other Markdown flavors?

@manton Not for short posts, but for longer pieces on hosted sites, footnotes would be cool.

@manton I agree with @Bruce that the scenarios I could see myself wanting it would be for longer blog posts. For me, I think GFM would be what I’d hope to be able to use.

@clonezone @ismh @manton Another vote for MultiMarkdown. Though the full suite might be overkill (citations, CriticMarkup, File Transculsion, and the like).
