I didn’t know this morning I would be standing at the Lorraine Hotel today. I’m overwhelmed and saddened by America’s history, praying for change, and trying to learn how to be part of that change.
@ismh the museum was incredible, but it was like drinking from a fire hose. I hope I get the opportunity to go back sometime. Anything else I absolutely have to hit while I’m in your city?

@martinfeld It’s where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was shot, and is now home to the National Civil Rights Museum. So you’re right on track.
@craigmcclellan Ah thank you! Naturally we're more than aware of Dr. King here in Australia but I (at least) am not as familiar with the finer points of his story. It sounds like it would be really interesting to visit.
