Trying out Adobe Podcast Studio. Some good ideas in this. We’re still using Logic to edit @coreint, but better tools (with a sprinkling of AI) should be able to do at least 90% of what we currently do manually.
@manton I'm not sure if I'm biased or more informed - but so many of these "AI will edit your podcast tools" seem to be made by people who don't actually edit podcasts. Descript is the one that's come the closest to bridging the two worlds so far imho.
@manton I use Reaper — of course all editing is manual, even if it goes fast with keyboard shortcuts and all. I’m not sure I would trust AI tools though and may waste whatever time it saved me double checking what it did, as I often mind keeping natural breathing, and make various editorial decisions
