@manton @help is there a way to set default categories for our posts when publishing to micro.blog? I mean, if unspecified, the post falls back to the default setting?

@danielsantos No, but depending on what you want to do, Categories → Edit Filters may help. You can set categories automatically based on text in a post.

@help thanks for the tip. I have replaced my micro.blog publishing feed in settings after I created a category named “timeline”. This will be so that everything that I tag as “timeline”
makes it to mb’s feed whereas everything which is not tagged as such doesn’t. But I guess there could be other ways to make this work…

@danielsantos That should work! Only thing to watch out for is that if you have multiple feeds in Account → Edit Feeds, make sure the same post doesn’t appear in multiple feeds. That confuses Micro.blog currently.
