Day 19 of #30runs — I provided a little morning amusement for commuters by tripping on a gap in the sidewalk and wiping out. Ouch! Okay though. Finished my run with a couple of bruises.

@mbkriegh Yep, could have been much worse. I am going to run in for an xray later, my elbow feels weird in a bad way. Want to make sure.
