Despite not being fully sold on iA Writer, I’ve bought it on Mac and iOS, because it has a lot of Ulysses’ organization strengths while still just being pure Markdown files in regular folders. It also works gracefully with @ttscoff’s Marked 2 in a way Ulysses doesn’t.

@chipotle it's the only one good enough for me to take a break from trying every new md editor I find.

@gerwitz I tried iA Writer many years ago when it was way too minimal for my tastes, and I still want to bring my own fonts (dammit). But in most other ways I'm warming to it much more than I expected.

@chipotle It's the best and only getting better with every iteration. What I love about it is that every update makes the app better. Now with Windows linked as well I'm actually sorted for my writing environment across platforms.

@kaa Being fully cross-platform is also a plus—that's something my favorite-until-now, Ulysses, can't match. I'm all in on the Apple ecosystem now, but it's nice to keep options open.
