@hartlco I’ve noticed posts missing from my timeline. There’s about 6 hours missing (and I’m sure there’s missing posts and not just that nobody’s posted, because the official app is showing the missing posts). I’ve noticed that this happens when I don’t open Icro for a day or so.

@vishae I’ve seen that as well. I’m guessing when we do a refresh the app gets “latest post and x previous posts”. And we just happen to have a busier timeline than x. :-)

@furstenberg hmm maybe, but I don’t follow a lot of people so I didn’t think my “x” was that high...

@vishae @hartico I routinely use Icro daily, but noticed this gap in the last 12 or so hours too.

@vishae I thin this might be a limitation of the micro.blog API. When I started developing Icro, the API always only returned roughly the last 40 posts. If a lot happened in between, some posts might not show up. I should revisit this and check if this is still the case.

@hartlco oh interesting. I guess in the meantime I’ll have to check Icro a bit more frequently. 😁

@hartlco I’ve been keeping my eye on the number of posts and you’re right, Icro only ever loads the latest 40 posts. @manton is it possible to increase this number?
