Work is progressing. The Sidekick is gorgeous and works so well for how I like to work; a wonderful addition from the folks at Cortex.
@SimonWoods I’m interested in this. Do you have it between your keyboard and the edge of your desk, as they suggest? Because for me, that seems ergonomically wrong.
I have my keyboard just a few centimetres from the edge of the desk, and to have a pad in between would mean I’d be reaching across it to get to the keys. But maybe I’m doing it wrong?
@devilgate Nah I think you're right. My current set-up is temporary so I have it placed directly to the left of the computer.
Once we move in and I have the iMac all set up I'm going to experiment with all around the keyboard but I'd be surprised if it worked for me at the front of the desk... although, perhaps in certain situations when keyboard use becomes secondary?
