@manton @danielpunkass Hey guys, you can't go to jail for not filing your taxes, period. It's just money, you might have to pay some late penalties & interest, but NO jail, EVER. (You can go to jail for fraud, that's a whole 'nother thing). And if you have refunds, there are no penalties or interest. AND if you do have to pay some interest & penalty, often it is lower than credit card interest. So it may be no big deal. Get an accountant to give you good advice on estimated payments to make and you may owe NO money on April 15. Then you can extend if you want on 4/15 and procrastinate for as long as you want! Get the returns filed whenever you want to get around to it. Or file right away and have no attention tied up in your taxes any more.
