The new 30-day photo challenge pin on Micro.blog is ready, and a few people who routinely post every day have already unlocked it. If you’re participating in the February challenge, it should appear on your account tomorrow!
@manton Yay! Since I’ve been posting a photo every day pretty much since Micro.blog started, I assume I’ve got it, though I don’t look at my account... I’m not even sure where I’d see it.

In fact starting today I am going to set my own challenge .. what it is will emerge as I progress ... day one will be easy ... but when I reach double figures - gonna be a lot harder.
@manton not a big deal, but I'm not getting credit for the photo challenge. I know they were showing up at the time, but when I look at my account, my photos from 2/1-2/8 aren't showing up in my micro.blog timeline. They're still in my RSS feed, though.
@jeff Do you mind following up to help@micro.blog and I can investigate? That is weird it's not including those older posts if they're in the feed.
@simonwoods Thanks. I typically only use Icro on iOS; I haven’t logged in to the web app for ages. I just did, and see I have all the pins except three: Micro Monday, which I haven’t done, Night Owl, which I’m not likely to do, and Custom Domain, which I’d think I should have, given that my blogs are external, unless that is only for hosted accounts? // @manton
@dejus Yep, it's only available for hosted sites. I think @manton might have hinted at looking to expand that to external sites as well but I might be wrong. It would definitely be a good update, or even its own separate pin since custom domains are a very good thing to encourage and a big part of the philosophy on which Micro.blog has been built.
@simonwoods @manton yeah, pin completionists (which I’m not, obviously) would be disappointed if it isn’t possible to get a pin just because of the way the blog is configured. All pins should be available to all users.
@dejus @simonwoods Yeah, I think the way it should work is if you have a verified web site on your account, you get that pin even if you don't have a hosted blog.
