I know it’s weeks away but…
I’m ready for flannel shirts and broken-in jeans. I’m ready for Bean Boots and shirt jackets. I’m ready for chunky wool sweaters and corduroy. I’m ready for more pockets and layers. I’m ready for fall.

@patrickrhone No. No. No. Summer is only here for a few more weeks. Enjoy it fully and completely!
@patrickrhone I am not going to lie.. I am with you on this one I am ready for Fall as well. 🍂
@kaa I might enjoy summer more if the weather was in the mid-to-high sixties every day and the nightly lows meant needing a light sweater or jacket.
Maybe I should get a summer home in northern Canada?
@ericmwalk As a runner, I bet you are! Perfect running weather that we only seem to have decreasing amounts of due to climate change.
@annie I’m tempted to get my fall/winter clothes out, turn down our home AC to 65, make a pot of hot tea, and pretend. :-)
@patrickrhone Preeeeeach 🍂
@patrickrhone It was just chilly enough yesterday morning that I started daydreaming about needing to pull on a cardigan. Let’s go.
@patrickrhone oh man my kingdom for summers that are consistently sweltering. I can’t complain about the temp, it’s wonderful and like you want but the rain and cloud cover just sucks.
@patrickrhone every time I go for a morning run and it’s already warm and swampy out, I die a little inside 😭 My soul yearns for sweater weather 🍁🍂
@patrickrhone if my AC weren’t already straining to keep it below 70 inside due to the sunny humid 95+ temps outside, I’d do the same
@joshuapsteele @patrickrhone Went for a run before sunrise on Monday and was completely saturated about 2 miles in. So gross. Today I will go run at the gym instead.
