Plex needs to team up with airlines to run the in-flight movie systems, it's the perfect use for a local media server. And the Plex apps are way better and less crashy than whatever crap the airlines are buying.

@danj I mean I already have that when I remember to sync media to my phone before the flight, but there's many reasons that wouldn't work on a commercial flight.

I just want the Plex app experience with the airline's movie selection! Even on my own device!
