Snowy days call for comfort food! These Instant Pot mini frittatas were a bit time-intensive but yummy.
@cygnoir I think at a push I could (and probably would) eat all of those in one go. They look great. Little savoury muffins.
@cygnoir If only I had a silicon egg bites mold! I actually have the other ingredients on hand because I’m planning to make these egg, bacon, and spinach muffins.
@adoran2 My great regret is that I only made one batch. Mini frittatas are very easy to gobble! (I ate half.)
@cygnoir They did! They are so easy to make. I’m doing another batch today. It makes it so much easier to have something for breakfast, a meal I tend to skip.
