HomePod wasn’t responding to our voice commands. Restart didn’t help. Before resetting, tried unpairing and pairing stereo. Worked.

I think switching it to TV output is messing something up. Or at least one of the apps is messing it.

@garethjones I had the opposite problem of neither devices listening to me.

@pratik @garethjones just last night I asked Siri something on my phone, she answered on my phone. I then asked another question to my phone and she replied via a HomePod Mini in another room.

I have asked our HomePod Mini to resume playing and she has asked if a HomePod in another room or the Mini should resume, and other times she has just resumed where I asked.

I have not experienced regularity in her operation.

@crossingthethreshold I’ve given Siri lot’s of opportunities to impress me, but she/it seldom does.
