I am a property management surveyor who specialises in commercial property, facilities management and sustainability. I have a keen interest in understanding the processes of places. I have been the Director and Head of Property Management at a firm of Chartered Surveyors in Hertfordshire for almost 4 years. Prior to this I managed a number of business centres providing serviced offices; workshops; hot desks; meeting, conference and incubation space including a state of the art innovation lab and on-site catering and cafe facilities. I hold a masters degree in environmental impact assessment, management systems and auditing and have experience helping companies reduce their environmental impact through ISO 14001 and other management systems.
