Every summer I would take the niece/nephews to the coast. They spent hours constructing dams to block the flow of this modest rivulet.
@macgenie That sounds like me as a kid. If we were on vacation and passed a small stream, I would have to dam it!
@crossingthethreshold Same. I think our family has some beaver DNA. Iām surprised we have no civil engineers!
@macgenie i do that with my children when we get to a beach. Even more fun is trying to stop the tide coming in by building a base! š
