Morning Pages are apparently supposed to be written on US letter paper - A4 is the common equivalent in the UK - but I'll be writing in an A5 notebook so will have to adjust accordingly.

@colinwalker I used Moleskine notebooks for mine when I did it for about a year when I was freelancing. As I was already working from home, I could easily find the time in the morning to do it. I can't afford that time anymore as I'm already up at 5:30am during the week. I do miss it, and if my circumstances change for the better, it will be one of the things that I will start doing again.
@matthewlang I'm usually up at 4:30 for an early shift 😮 but 7:30 for a late shift so the latter is definitely the best place to start.
@colinwalker I'm not sure why, but somewhere along the way, I got the idea of Morning Pages being measured in minutes, rather than pages. I wonder whether I read that or whether it was an adaptation I tried one of the times I tried getting into the habit.
@verumsolum I think it's because people always say it takes about 30 minutes to do.
@verumsolum @colinwalker Yeah, the way I learned of them (see my early comment regarding Dorothea Brande), the suggestion was to write for 15 minutes at first, and build up to around half an hour over time.
But like any such suggestion, you've got to do whatever works for you.
