@colinwalker I say stick with the unguided version. I have been finding it harder to do, but better somehow. Still feeling all this out, myself.
@jack Yeah, I was going to but it’s a bit strange going out on your own. I know it’ll get better as I get used to it.
@colinwalker I cover this in the guide but, the thoughts/mind/inside voices that arise in meditation are as much a part of the present as anything else. They goal is learning to recognize them, let them go, and return to breath.
@patrickrhone Yeah, I’ve read that bit. I’m loving it by the way, you’ve got an amazing writing style - so accessible.
@colinwalker Guided is okay to start but you really don’t need anything other than a comfortable seat and your breathing :)
@colinwalker an Apple Watch app should have been included at launch. Oak is great, but the Breathe app on Watch is convenient and readily accessible.
@johnholzer Exactly. Having the extra patterns available in such as accessible fashion would be brilliant. But I would still settle for haptic feedback on the phone as a compromise. I’ve submitted both as feature requests.
@hjertnes Indeed it is. It will make it so much more accessible and immersive.
