I have yet to turn on Facebook cross posting b/c while I want to use it for some posts, I definitely don't want for a posts–or even most posts.
@desparoz Stuff like that needs to be as frictionless as possible but introduces complications we could do without.
Exactly. @manton has done a great job in make cross-posting frictionless, but maybe some level of friction is required to manage how much noise we're adding to the firehose (#mixedmetaphor).
