Spotify will include 15 hours of audiobooks as part of paid subscriptions. This sounds great to switch over to listening when I get stalled reading a print book or e-book, if the audiobook isn’t available quickly on Libby. Not in the US yet, though.

@manton I wonder if the U.S. is the smaller market...when it comes to people who actually read.

@cliffordbeshers I was thinking maybe a licensing issue or just slow rollout? UK + Australia only is an unusual way to launch.

@cliffordbeshers is say the opposite. US will probably be the larger market and therefore cost way more to license. So they will probably test this first in smaller markets. UK and Australia make sense for being English speaking. I think.
