@cjhubbs For audio posts with titles (most podcasts), the timeline usually just displays the title and a link, and on the web the audio player. I’m actually a little surprised the body text went to Bluesky… I’ll double-check this. You can also set the “summary” field for a post and that will be included in the timeline.

@manton I was wrong - it doesn’t go to Bluesky. It does go into the email. Thanks for the info on the summary field. I’ll look into that.

@cjhubbs Thanks for the update. So it’s working as designed, although I know it’s not always exactly what everyone wants. I think summary is the best compromise to control how this works, without introducing more complexity. The summary will be used in cross-posting too. If you need total control, it’s also possible to customize the RSS feed template.
