@joshuapsteele This gives me flashbacks to the WWJD bracelets I wore as a kid. š š
@joshuapsteele Thatās a great question that I donāt have a good answer for. Iāve asked myself the same sort of thing when Iāve considered getting a tattoo, but never come up with something meaningful enough I wanted to make it permanent.
@joshuapsteele I would have one on each wrist. One would say āRemember the Lemonsā and the other would say āForget the Lemons.ā
Iām entirely serious, but the reason is too complicated to explain, so letās just say itās a Zen thing.
@tinyroofnail I wonder if thatās got a sell-by date on it? Will people long remember the hubristic and reckless spirit it negates?
@joshuapsteele Iāve often pondered getting the classic āthis too shall passā but, honestly, I like the idea of getting āthere but for the grace of God goes John Bradford.ā I like the full version because Iām not religious enough in myself to really make use of āā¦grace of God go Iā but the full version still reminds me to be empathetic and to put myself in othersā shoes.
