New prompts from @challenges have arrived, it’s time for another walk around the block.
@maique it's kinda hard to see the horizon here in Berlin, so I had go thru my archives and find a good one.
@maique 😂 That one got me too.
@circustiger Next time we should do a truly international one. Each of us would suggest a word in our own language, maybe a strange concept, but familiar to the people from that country. Then all the others would have to translate that, and try to interpret that concept! 🤣🤣 @jean
@maique nope. That's an old one, from before selling my old Nikon D40. Before leaving SF I sold it and bought a Fuji X100T, which then I sold here to by an X100V.
@maique That's a fantastic idea! The mind boggles at the Australian 'words' I could come up with. 😂
@maique I read your method for the challenge the other day and really liked your approach. I keep trying to do them on the exact day, but sometimes I do see something that could be used for a different day and I don’t take because it’s not that day. 🤦🏼♂️ I need to start approaching it like this and taking a photo whenever I see something that’ll work.
@donnydavis Thanks, glad you found it useful. I do spend most of my days shooting something, so I get a lot of opportunities. It’s just a matter of keeping a few words going around my brain, trying to find something that will work. Doing them on the actual day would be a step too far for me, I’m afraid 🙂
@maique I saw this video from Apple for the yellow iPhone and it immediately made me think this is what it is like when you walk around the city taking pictures. www.youtube.com/watch
@maique @circustiger I love the idea of a truly international set of prompts. I would have a lot of fun with that.
