November 15th!! It is going to be a busy day as some deadlines for my son’s college applications are today:
- Early decision for his 1st choice
- Merit scholarships at some colleges
- No application fee day at UConn

@pratik Early decision school will let him know by end of December. Early action schools will announce by end of January and regular decision is out by end of March. If he gets into his early decision school, he will not need to send some applications that have a due date in January. 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽 All the early action and regular decision school require a decision by May 1st.

@parag UConn! (My alma mater) but looking at the list of schools, “one of these things is not like the others”

@briandigital He applied to UConn because it is a great school, it is local and with in-state tuition, parents love it. But, he wants to go away at least to the next state over. So, unless there is some good scholarship offer from UConn, it is not very likely.

@parag good luck to him, my wife and I had a great experience there, but it was a long time ago. I'd send my kids, but we moved to Mass, I wouldn't pay out-of-state $ to go there!
