I'm convinced that companies don't know shit about AI, they just wanna use it to say they know AI.
@netopwibby I’m pretty sure T-Mobile could figure out how to use it instead of frontline customer service reps. Pretty much guarantee this was a case of a human using canned responses and simply following orders with no thought or fucks given.
