@Aleen Beginners in general or their first fountain pen?

@Aleen if I use a fancy pen do I need fancy paper? How much bleeds through, can I use two sides of a page? Do they come in widths like ballpoint pens? This is my first pen, what do I need to know about ink? Is there maintenance to a fancy pen? Do I have to clean it or something? (There’s some for you.) 😊

@sketchbookb I still use cartridges because it’s just easy. I don’t feel compelled to switch to something else.

@sketchbookb Yup! My #1 pick for a starter fountain pen doesn't even take cartridges 😱
