maybe a bookmarklet thing is needed for micro.blog, has anyone made one? i need something that can clip youtube videos, allow me to write something and has all the current elements of micro.blog so i don’t have to worry about my shortcodes, could use for spotify too. . see > clip > post > out.
@birming oh man, thanks for that, awesome. if you have some primers on the apple shortcuts that would be awesome but i think i could spend a day (or three) building something out. just so much scope now for content creators, thanks for the share, have a fantastic day.
@settee There are some really cool shortcuts made by @jarrod. I’ve made a few myself too, including one called MicroPhoto. It grabs the photo location with an Apple Maps link and the camera model, copies it to the clipboard, and opens the MB web post screen.
@birming that’s sick. that’s exactly what i needed to mentally understand the flow. i’m very much a visual learner and need to know to know what the “capabilities” are of the tool i’m using and then i go to the design/process walkthrough phase. this is awesome. many thanks.
