When I was in my first term at university a friend who lived a couple of doors away in my halls invited me to play Dungeons and Dragons. I lasted 20 minutes before I got bored… made an excuse and ran away to the student bar where I met a girl and never looked back.
@billbennettnz it’s never too late to get back into it, haha! There are girls and everything now! :)
@herself Ha. It’s not my thing at all. I’m kind of surprised it appeals to anyone, but it obviously does.
@billbennettnz It sounds dorky on the page but when it plays out it’s rather wonderful… collective storytelling, collaborative problem solving, maths, creative visualisation, game mechanics, and role playing :)
