I worked on a new Micro.blog for Mac update over the weekend, but then my Sunday afternoon got turned upside down. I’ll probably ship it this week. The notes interface is going to be much more solid.
@manton Obviously a big ask, but do you ever envision a Micro.blog for Linux? Having a FOSS option that doesn’t run on Mac or Windows or Android would be lovely.
@apoorplayer It’s not on our radar right now. Perhaps in the future there would be a way to package up most of the web interface in an app that runs on more platforms.
@manton Understood. Another option might be to find a Markdown editor that hasn’t been update in awhile and see if it can be adapted. I use MarkText when in Linux, and according to its Github changelog it hasn’t been revised in three years. Not being a programmer I don’t even know if this is possible.
