Microcast improvements manton.org

@manton Sound to be great improvements Manyon 👍🏽

A query though, currently Microcast is a + over Microblog. Any plans to make them parallels? I do not want m.b hosted blog but do want the Microcast. I hope that happens sometime.

@amit Thanks for the suggestion. I don't think we're going to change this because it would add some complexity to how the different plans work (and it's already kind of confusing). Some people host their blog elsewhere and still use the podcast support on Micro.blog.

@manton Fair enough, makes sense. I was thinking of these two as two content types. But you may have a point - might complicate explaining the plans.
