When do you consider it a productive day? When you achieve a lot from the backlog, but not much from the list of tasks planned for the day? Or when you achive just that one task at the top of planned list? Many might say the later, but the former is not bad either.

@wearsmanyhats Yeah, last year for sure has taught me to not be too aggressive while setting up goals for the day. Surprisingly even stuck up at home, the days have been passing by way quicker.

@amit Doing 1-3 big things planned from the night before. The third thing is usually admin stuff including emails and phone calls. I wrote about it.

@amit I am satisfied with my Productie whenever I review my work log at the end of the day and feel good about it. I may have done my planned work or just fixed emergencies…

@jeroensangers yeah, that's what I believe too. It just screws up the plans at times, today was one such day.
