Trying out the new Reeder from @rizzi@gloria.social and it’s a lovely experience for reading. The only thing that might stop me using it is the lack of ability to reply to things. I’m signed in with my Micro.blog account but I can’t respond to people’s posts.
@philbowell oh nice. I use @NetNewsWire atm but I have always loved Reeder will take a new look at update
@adamprocter I really like classic reeder, and will probably remain on that as I have been until the release of the new one. New NNW has never really clicked for me, but I used to use the old one.
@philbowell if you go to settings and Default Apps you can select the Micro.blog app and then go to General settings and double check that a gesture is set to Open in App/Browser. Once that is done you can swipe on and item and be taken right to thread in app and reply. Did that for this comment!
