I finally got my iPhone X pre-order submitted with my carrier, it took an hour and 10 minutes due to: site crashes, unable to enter card details as input boxes wouldn't load, then messages that the card wasn't an accepted type. I've seen reports from others of waiting times ... colinwalker.blog

@colinwalker same sounds like o2 😉 but one of my cards (monzo) was charged so I need to get a refund. Hoping my bank wasn’t charged more than once but iPhone X space grey 256 ordered! Said 1 week initially (order place 9:12am after 1 hour 15 of messing about)

@adamprocter Apparently my order says 31st October but as it’s not even released until the 3rd they basically don’t know. “From the 3rd” is the corporate line. 🤦‍♂️

@colinwalker check your bank too o2 tool 7 payments from me. Wiped out my current account. Aka screwed up my weekend. Grrrr fraud department and o2 supposedly sorting it out

@adamprocter Ouch! I know they had problems but that's ridiculous. Luckily I’ve only had the one go out, probably because I couldn't get the card entry boxes to show for an hour.
