I think I have a new therapist.

Great vibe, clearly a very intelligent fellow, already working up a plan/roadmap, upfront and transparent, experienced with trauma/PTSD, ticks a lot of the right boxes in general, along with some interesting coincidences.

I think I’m ready for this.

Having just found my own new therapist I can say with clarity it was worth the hunt.

@tracydurnell I really liked my last one for teaching me about neurodivergence, and I learned a lot, but now I’m ready for some practical toolsets and I think the new one will help :)
