@pratik @DrOct Right; it’s baffling at best, and selling her power to a silo that, while at least not as bad an actor as Twitter, does not have a good track-record for wild swings in focus.
And if there are security concerns, well, then there are security concerns with the website of a US Senator and major presidential candidate, so…that’s not a good thing. // @simonwoods
@simonwoods @DrOct @pratik Especially when one of your policy positions is to regulate and/or break up tech firms. Medium is no Facebook or Amazon, but at the same time, putting your policy proposals behind a paywall is not so far from Trump using his personal Twitter account for official policy announcements and then blocking anyone he doesn’t like, so that they can’t read the policy announcements.
